Merry Christmas

All the staff and pupils would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a healthy and happy 2015.

School will reopen on Monday 5th January 2015 at 9am.



Christmas Activities

On Wednesday 10 December we have our school Christmas dinner.  Money needs to be in for this on Monday 8 December.  It's our Christmas concert on Thursday 11 December.  We are having two performances this year: 9.15am and 7.00pm.  Tea and coffee will be provided after both performances.  The Year 7 children are going to see the Wizard of Oz in Ballyclare Secondary School on Tuesday 16 December.  The whole school will be travelling to the Braid Arts Centre to see Jack and the Beanstalk on Wednesday 17 DecemberThursday 18 and Friday 19 December are Christmas Jumper days.  We will be having our annual Beetle Drive on Friday 19 December and schools finishes on this day at 12.00pm.


Open Evening

Our Open Evening takes place on Thursday 4 December 2014 from 6.00pm to 7.00pm.  You will have the opportunity to meet the principal, the teachers and see some of the children at work.  Members of our PTA will be providing tea and coffee and you can also chat to them about various aspects of school life.  We look forward to welcoming you to Doagh Primary School.


Anti-Bullying Week

We are once again participating in Anti-Bullying Week, which runs from Monday 17 November to Friday 21 November 2014.  On Thursday 20 November we are having a BLUE Day (Be Loving Unto Everyone).  You can come to school dressed in blue - from top to toe or simply an item of blue clothing!

Mums and Tots

Mums and Tots starts again on Wednesday 10 September 2014 from 9.15am - 10.45am.


Welcome Back!

Welcome back, everyone, to a new school term. We would like to especially welcome all of our new P1 pupils and any other pupils who have joined us in other classes. We hope that you will be very happy with us in Doagh Primary School. A special welcome is also extended to our new Classroom Assistant, Mrs Hoey, who will be working in the P3 & P4 class.

Friends in Action

We were very pleased to be able to present Tim Wilson of Friends in Action with a cheque for £250. The organisation does such wonderful work and we are proud to have made it our nominated charity for 2013/2014.
